Lisa M. Harrod has been a National Education Consultant for the past 25 years. Her areas of specialty include special education and curriculum auditing and programming, creating MTSS/RtI programs, facilitating negotiations, helping people build leadership capacity, programmatic reform, and creating sustainable programs that increase the academic achievement of all students. She has worked with organizations at the executive level to help them manage burnout and review systems to increase productivity and create a positive culture and climate.
She has been a superintendent for 11 years and previously served as an assistant superintendent of special education, professional development, and curriculum.
Her career has been built on creating positive relationships based on trust and mutual respect.
Lisa’s presentations and engagements have received the highest of accolades on evaluations and focus on material that is relevant and practical. She has been recognized for her ability to motivate educators and her contagious energy!

She is a lead auditor and conducts programmatic reviews in the areas of special education, creating student-centered IEP's, and intervention. She has served on executive searches and works with districts to ensure high-quality programming and implementation.
